Problems with items under warranty must be dealt with through the manufacturer, We can assist you in contacting them. However we are not able to service warranties. For all other items we can accept returns on unopened/unused products if you purchase by mistake; You must contact us within 3 days of receipt for a return to be accepted. We cannot refund shipping nor can we pay return shipping. In the case of a defective item not covered by a warranty you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will correct the issue for you in the form of an exchange for the same item or refund if another item is not available. We cannot accept returns for buyer remorse.
