    Return & Refund Policy
    The PayPal Buyer Protection Policy is applicable for 180 days from the date of payment and guarantees your purchase if an item you receive is significantly not as described (e.g. defective) or an item is not received.

    Any claim
    (including a return request, case or dispute; whether directed to us, eBay, PayPal or your payment card issuer) that is based on an assertion
    that the item(s) received were not as described in the eBay listing
    , such as that item(s) were damaged upon arrival, defective, incorrect, or missing, shall be regarded as invalid under this contract and
    shall not be initiated/submitted/pursued by you unless the claim is accompanied by substantiating evidence of the reported issue(s) in the form of video recording
    of each received parcel that meets the criteria below and that is freely accessible and viewable by us.
    Lacking such video evidence to support any claim to the contrary, you are effectively acknowledging that the item received does match the item description

    Should you, in spite of these provisions, initiate/submit/pursue such a claim without the required video evidence, and the arbitrating party (e.g. eBay or PayPal) issues you a resolution which causes us damage (e.g. a refund and/or return of the product), we may initiate legal action against you to seek compensation for the losses we incur as a result of that breach of the contract. Be aware that, in doing so, you might also induce the arbitrating party to commit an act of
    tortious interference
    with contractual relations, which is also an unlawful act that would potentially be subject to legal action by us to recover damages.
    The video recording shall:
    1) Clearly show all sides of the parcel while they are still sealed, or, if unsealed, clearly show the affixed official notice from the postal service or carrier or Customs that the parcel was opened in transit;
    2) Clearly show the address label affixed to the parcel displaying the tracking number, the sender and the addressee;
    3) Clearly show all objects within the parcel being removed and inspected closely, revealing the full extent of any problem issues to be reported;
    4) Be uploaded to a publicly and freely accessible video hosting website and accessed through an http link to the file.

    Cancellation of Order
