    Vintage Federal Normandie aka Bouquet & Lattice amber luncheon plate.  Measures about 9.25" across.  Top of plate is smooth, Normandie pattern underneath.  Beautiful floral and lattice pattern cover almost every inch of this scalloped edge plate.  The sunny yellow glow will brighten any setting!
