quarter (box side), behind the wheel.
Part number RRP-66-67-EL-ST.
This is a common area that likes to rust out.  It is made of 20GA steel and is ready to be welded onto your vehicle.  This
will not
fit a Chevelle coupe or sedan, it is for El Camino only (I think it will fit a Chevelle/Malibu Station Wagon).  The picture with the Blue El Camino is this actual repair panel welded in and refinished.
